From I‐95 North:
1. Take Exit 9 toward US-1/Glenbrook/CT‐106
2. Turn left onto Seaside Avenue
3. Turn left onto US-1/East Main Street
4. Take the first right onto Courtland Avenue
5. At end of Courtland Avenue, turn right onto Glenbrook Road
6. At second traffic light, turn left into driveway at 666 Glenbrook Road. Note sign saying “Riverwalk at Philips Mansion.”
7. Philips Mansion will be on your right and town homes will be on your left.
8. Continue on driveway as it bears right and takes you to the rear of the mansion. There is duck pond on your left.
9. My office is the third office on far left with brick archway going into the waiting room.
From I-95 South:
1. Take Exit 9 for US‐1 toward Glenbrook/CT-106 2. Turn right onto US-‐1/East Main Street.
3. Take the first right onto Courtland Avenue
4. At end of Courtland Avenue, turn right onto Glenbrook Road.
